Thank you for choosing our Self-Service Apartment. To ensure a pleasant experience, please review the following key guidelines:
Room Occupancy

Maximum of two adults per room; children are welcome as additional guests.

Total occupancy (adults + children) must not exceed the apartment’s capacity.

Overcrowding, including sleeping on the sofa, is strictly prohibited.

Using the sofa as a bed will affect the retention of the caution fee.
Responsibility for Apartment -
The primary guest is responsible for the apartment's condition and contents.

Cleaning and maintenance are your responsibility but can be arranged at an additional cost. Staff are only available onsite for emergencies.
Visitor Policy -
Visitors are allowed but must not exceed maximum occupancy.

You are responsible for ensuring your visitors comply with house rules.
CCTV Monitoring -
CCTV cameras are installed in public areas for security purposes and may be used as evidence if required.
Important Reminder -
Violating these policies may result in the forfeiture of your caution fee deposit and additional charges.

Booking Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit helps us reserve the venue for your specific date and demonstrates our commitment to providing you with the best possible

Caution Fee: A mandatory caution fee of N100,000 must be paid with the first 50% deposit.

Final Payment: Full payment for the venue rental is required 30 days before your event.

Guest Capacity: Our venue can accommodate up to 1500 guests with banquet seating. For events exceeding this limit, please liaise with our team. We're here to guide you through securing additional space within our facility to accommodate your preferences.

Extra hours: Our facility is available to host events beyond scheduled hours, and we are happy to accommodate extra time as needed. Please note that due to the necessity of increased security during nighttime hours, along with generator costs and extended staff hours, every hour beyond.

6 PM will incure additional charges.

Furniture Placement: To avoid damage and loss, please refrain from moving any furniture outside the hall.

Decorator Coordination: This is the sole responsibility of the event organiser. hence for a seamless event experience, we kindly request that you introduce your decorator to our team at least one week before the event.

Communication: We primarily communicate via email for clear and documented communication. To ensure you don't miss any important updates, we highly recommend checking your email regularly. Additionally, please provide a working telephone number, preferably a WhatsApp number, for urgent or time-sensitive matters.
